Great spot after a long day of skiing; we ordered HUGE beers and chicken fajitas, the food did not disappoint, although this Texas girl was SHOCKED that they didn't serve queso or even seem to know what it was. The homemade tortillas made up for it.

Bomb dot com! Carnitas taco and el pastor taco hit the spot. Kiddo devoured chicken taco and rice. Salsa verde was delish. Carne Asada was a delicious greasy mess but that's what a Carne Asada quesadilla IS, so it too, was on point. And best of all the service was fast and quality. Well done all around! We will be back!

As someone who lives in a place with authentic Mexican food, this place is legit! I had the carne asada tacos, and they were as good as the street tacos back home. Pricing was extremely reasonable and service was fast. Impressed and plan on returning. A breath of fresh air in a ski town with long wait times and high prices.

Excellent food, during a one week stay in Truckee we ate there maybe 5 times. Everything is tasty, portions are generous, service reasonably fast. Always a line, which is a good thing!

I have been coming here for many years before their remodel. I remember the counter where there are now booths. Food has been consistent all of the time. The menu is so extensive with the traditional items like tacos, burritos and enchiladas.
I like the menudo special on weekends.
